Bounce Beacon.
One glowing beacon bounces up a tower on its own, one row at a time. Every row has a Left and a Right platform, and the chat comments L or R to pick where it lands next. Some platforms are cracked and drop the beacon back to its last checkpoint. The whole room shares one climb to the summit before the clock runs out.

How the game works
Each climb opens with a 5 second countdown, then the beacon bounces about every 2.5 seconds. Before each bounce the next row shows its two platforms with the live vote count. The side with more votes wins. With no votes the beacon picks a side itself, so the climb plays out when nobody is chatting.
The tower is 40 rows high with a checkpoint every 10 rows and a short breather at each one. Landing on a cracked platform sends the beacon back to the last checkpoint, unless a spring is loaded. The last 10 rows are a summit rush with faster bounces.
Every gift is one action, and a streak of ten gifts gives ten actions.
Reach row 40 before the 3 minute clock runs out to win. When time is up the result shows the highest row reached. A new climb starts on its own after an 8 second result.
