Viewers Control Pizza Tower on TikTok LIVE: Complete Tutorial for Beginners
Pizza Tower gives viewers two different shows: exploring a level and scrambling back out during Pizza Time. Start with small movement gifts and a cheap taunt, then introduce grab and dash combinations once everyone understands where Peppino is trying to go.

Before playing Pizza Tower with viewers
Use the single-player PC game and learn the route before offering full viewer control. Practise in the tutorial or a familiar opening area, with the streamer handling pause menus. Keep a manual takeover ready before triggering an escape sequence, because its timer keeps running while gifts wait.
Pizza Tower: default PC keys
Default PC keyboard controls use Left/Right arrows for movement, Up to interact, enter or climb and prepare a super jump while dashing, and Down to crouch, roll or dive depending on the state. Z jumps, X grabs, Shift dashes and C taunts. Check your own keybinds in the game's settings before assigning gifts, especially if you have changed the keyboard layout.

Gift-to-key starter mapping
Try these starting settings for Pizza Tower; choose gifts available to your audience.
| Gift example | Key and action | Hold duration (ms) | TikFinity screen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rose | Left arrow: move left | 60 | 1 |
| Ice Cream | Right arrow: move right | 60 | 1 |
| TikTok | Up arrow: interact / enter / climb / super jump setup | 60 | 2 |
| Heart Me | Down arrow: crouch / roll / dive | 60 | 2 |
| Finger Heart | Z: jump | 50 | 3 |
| GG | X: grab | 50 | 3 |
| Doughnut | Shift: dash / build mach speed hold | 450 | 4 |
| Heart | C: taunt | 50 | 5 |
Why these durations suit Pizza Tower
The 60 ms direction taps are small corrections for exploration, while Z and X at 50 ms request a jump or grab without a prolonged hold. Shift at 450 ms offers a brief dash window that can overlap movement and build momentum; it does not guarantee top mach speed or a completed combo. C at 50 ms requests one taunt. These are practice settings, not an escape autopilot: Up and Down change function with Peppino's state, and a super jump setup needs more deliberate timing than a general tap.
Connect TikFinity to Pizza Tower
- Prepare a familiar Pizza Tower room on your Windows PC. Open TikFinity Desktop, close the browser version, complete Setup and TikTok login, then capture the room in LIVE Studio or OBS with space for the escape timer.
- Go to Actions & Events and create Grab with Simulate keystrokes set to X. Enable game compatibility mode and follow any required installation prompt. Set the hold to 50 ms; 1,000 ms = 1 second. Duplicate it for the table's other keys, giving the 450 ms Shift dash its own clear name.
- Assign Left/Right to screen 1 and Up/Down to screen 2 so directions have their own screens. Queue jump/grab on screen 3, dash on screen 4 and taunt on screen 5. Each screen is a queue: dash can overlap a direction and a jump, but separate gifts still cannot guarantee a combo. Add all five URLs as Link sources in LIVE Studio or Browser sources in OBS.
- For each Sending a specific gift event, select its Pizza Tower action. Choose an inexpensive available gift for C so taunt stays a cheap fun interruption. Leave Repeat with gift combos and Skip on next action off initially, and keep just one or two waiting inputs per queue.
- On a clear stretch, press the play icon for Grab and focus the game within 5 seconds. Check a jump and taunt, then try the dash while supplying direction yourself. Use the action play button because the Event Simulator does not fire keystrokes. Finish this check before starting a timed escape.
Pizza Tower stream tips
- Escape sequences use a timer. Before starting Pizza Time, explain the way back and shorten or pause the gift queues. Take over manually if the timer is running low; a queued dash cannot plan the return route.
- Grab and dash combos rely on state, momentum and timing. Demonstrate X followed by a Shift run on safe ground, then let chat try. Keeping dash on another screen allows overlap without promising that separate viewers will synchronise their inputs.
- Taunt makes a cheap fun gift because the pose is instantly visible. Offer it in a clear area first, and do not market a delayed C gift as a guaranteed parry or a safe interruption during the escape.
- A longer dash is not always better. Peppino accelerates, so practise turning and stopping before extending the 450 ms hold. Clear pending direction inputs before narrow passages.
- Up and Down are contextual. An Up gift at a doorway differs from an Up hold during a dash; keep advanced super jumps under manual control until you have practised the required charge and release.
Frame your Pizza Tower stream
Keep the escape timer, combo information and the next doorway inside the game capture. Draw the arrow cluster below it, then separate Z/X from the wider held-Shift box. Give C a small yellow taunt label so newcomers can join the joke without learning a movement combo.
The key boxes use CSS, with no game artwork. Alert display time controls alerts and TTS separately from key holds.
Pizza Tower FAQ
Will a dash gift always reach maximum mach speed?
No. The 450 ms Shift hold is a starter window, and speed depends on space, movement and the current state. Try it in a clear room before extending the duration.
Can a C gift guarantee a parry?
No. Taunt timing matters and stream delay makes a reactive gift unreliable. Use C as a fun visible pose rather than promising protection from a hit.
Should I leave the same queues on during Pizza Time?
Only if you can still manage the timed route. Shorten or pause the queues before the escape and keep manual control ready, rather than letting old exploration gifts consume the timer.
